We have been speaking with new applicants on the phone lately, and they are asking about this price issue, and how it compares with normal city living.
ReplyDeleteThe question- how is it possible to offer upscale living in an expensive neighborhood of a big city, while including utilities, cleaning furniture, AND include workshops that would normally cost $2000-$3500 (depending on who is teaching) and have it work out to around the same as a nice 1BR or 2BR apartment.
I'll go over the math with you.

You're gonna spend another 5-10 grand on furniture, TVs, etc when you move in there. Then you're gonna pay about $250 a month for utilities and cable TV. Total is around $3400 (if you spread the furniture costs over a couple of years,)
Move to Pickup Mansion, and you're paying less, and here's why:
1- you're sharing the costs for the kitchen, living room, movie room, hot tub, and outdoor areas with your wings in the house. Would you rather have an empty living room that you're paying big bucks for? Or a living room that comes with 5 wings and the chicks they bring home....for 1/6th the cost?
2- The furniture is already paid for, and since we bought the best stuff it will last a lot longer than the crap most people buy from Ikea. Expensive furniture is way cheaper in the long run, because it lasts. Plus it looks way better.
3- Your Uncle Brad has plenty of cash, and loves running the Pickup Mansion.
I don't mind footing the bill for some of the expenses. My people clean your house and pay your bills every month, so you can focus on meeting women and growing into the person you want to be. I pay my team to handle the details, so you don't have to think about anything but gaming.
I honestly really enjoy running the Pickup Mansion, I don't care if I lose a few bucks here and there. I've been at the top of my field for 10 years, so I aint hurting for cash.
And that's why Pickup Mansion is an affordable option, and makes tons of sense. It's got more bang for your buck than any other training, house, apartment, eBook, or pretty much anything you can think of.
And...BTW...if that Craigslist link is dead, just search CL for upscale 1 bedroom apartments in Hollywood Hills or West Hollywood and you will see what I'm talking about.
