running a program in Hollywood called “The
Pickup Mansion.” You may be curious what that
is about.
Well, it's exactly what it sounds like.
A bunch of my best hand picked students move
into a house together and work on their game.
They get taught by me, Jake, Fadeaway, and
all the UDS coaches.
No, it's not a reality TV show, and never
will be, because my students' privacy is
worth more to me than any amount of money or
fame.
We've been running this program for 4 years
now, and we've had amazing results.
It turns out that if you work on your game
non-stop (without long breaks and all that “1
step back” stuff), your results will
skyrocket.

I have one guy in the program that was a
total mess when he came in. I'll give him the
fake name Franklin. As a teen, Franklin was
depressed and had massive socially phobias,
so he never developed normal social skills.
To make matters worse, once he became an
adult, his family was trying anything they
could think of to stop him from working on
his game.
But Franklin gathered up all the courage he
could, and took the leap into the Pickup
Mansion.
Now, 6 months later, he's sitting on top of
the world.
Here's Franklin's review of Pickup Mansion,
in his own words:

I'm sitting outside
enjoying the sun and thinking about my first
six months at the Pickup Mansion. I'm a
completely different person than six months
ago.
Three months before I got to Hollywood I
asked my long term on again/off again
girlfriend to marry me. She said" maybe" then
proceeded to treat me like absolute shit.
We broke up and I fell into a complete
depression. I didn't want anything in my
life. I wanted to be completely alone. I
didn't want to start my profession. To make
matters worse they found a tumor in my
father's brain.
My whole world was falling apart and I had
nothing to look forward to.
I checked my email one day and saw they were
taking new applicants for the Pickup Mansion.
I decided I had nothing to lose so I applied.
Luckily I was chosen for the program and
after some debating and resistance from my
family, I decided that I would do anything it
takes to train with Brad's team and create
the lifestyle that I deserve.
I had no idea how I would get game. It was
blind faith and truly coming from a low place
to finally accept that I needed to change.
When I left for Hollywood my father was six
weeks from brain surgery and I carried a
massive amount of guilt.
The first three weeks were rough in
Hollywood. Adapting to a new scene and having
my family pressure me to come home almost
daily. My only outlet from my guilt was
approaching. I mindlessly followed whatever
the coaching staff told me to do.
The more I approached women, the more I
started to see results.
During my first workshop, Brad gave me some
body positioning tips and then I immediately
opened the next girl I saw. Two weeks later
that girl was my first cold approach lay!
A few weeks later I got another cold approach
lay from this hot ballet dancer.
Within the last month I have had 2 same night
lays! These are the first SNLs in my life!
Here are my totals:
So far in six months I have had 4 cold
approach lays and 3 bjs.
Before the program I had only 1 cold approach
lay in my entire life, and I am 27 years old.
Going from1 in my whole life to 7 in a few
months has been quite a surprise.
During my time here my family's business was
struggling. It was struggling to the point
of bankruptcy so I decided to commute back
and forth from Hollywood to help with the
business.
My father has a gold of heart but, is
extremely controlling. Even though he
couldn't continue to run the business
himself, he refused to hand any control over
to me, instead relegating me to lowly roles
like desk clerk and middle manager.
I've learned massive leadership and business
skills here at Pickup Mansion, and Brad even
brought in a special multi-millionaire
business coach to give me advice at one
point.
After a couple of months I finally gained my
father's trust. I took full control over the
business and turned it around completely.
Just two weeks ago we sold the business at a
huge profit! We've gone from borderline
bankrupt to making (literally) millions of
dollars.
I have gained by fathers trust which is
something I could have never have done
previously. I have accomplished quite a bit
academically but, nothing was ever good
enough for him. For the first time in my life
I feel I have my fathers trust.
Commuting back and forth from Hollywood was
challenging. I would get some good momentum
in Hollywood approaching then I would lose it
going back home. The moment I finally
accepted my situation and told myself no
matter what I'm not giving up on approaching
is the moment I saw results approaching and
my family's business saw improvement. I made
a conscious decision to stick with it no
matter what.
My mindset has completely changed in six
months. Before, I just wanted attention from
any girl.
Now when I see a girl I like, I approach her
because I want to bang her, and I know a have
a realistic chance of doing so. I'm no longer
settling for merely getting “attention” or
“just a conversation.”
I now have the ability to approach in any
venue.
Before I felt limited cause I would only
approach in bars. Now I approach on the
street, mall, whole foods, girls sitting on
the bench, girls texting, forever 21, and the
book store.
The world has completely opened up for me.
I'm more in the moment than ever. I
absolutely love the lifestyle LA brings.
Amazing weather, stunning women 24/7, and so
many places to see. I have a great group of
roommates and I finally feel I have a
foundation in my life.
No more thinking about the future hoping the
it's better than the present. I'm fully
enjoying the present and grateful for having
this opportunity. I'm also excited about
where my game is going to be after I'm done
with the program. I'm going to continue
approaching and doing whatever the coaches
tell me to do.
I want to thank Brad, Jake, and the rest of
the coaches for creating the Pickup Mansion
program. I truly believe anyone can
completely change their life with enough
effort and listening to the coaches here. All
you need to do is drop your ego and do
everything the coaches say. That's what I've
done, and it's led to a life of plentiful
pussy, plentiful money, and respect from the
important people in my life.
